About

I have lived in the South Bay all my life (53 years). My first 28 years were in San Jose and then I purchased my home in the Old Quad in 1998. Santa Clara had the historic, small town charm I was looking for. I met my husband in 2000 and we have been married since 2006. We have two wonderful children (Sebastian 11 years old and Grayson 4 years old). We recently added our Miniature Schnauzer (Bella) to our family in January.

I received my AA from De Anza College and BS Marketing degree from San Jose State University. I have been in sales and marketing for over 20 years. I have worked for Honeywell, Danaher, Meggitt, TT Electronics, and smaller private companies. I am currently the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at American Equipment. My travels have taken me to over 45 countries around the World. My skills in negotiations, contracts, debates, and strategic planning are a perfect fit for what we currently need on the city council.

I have coached on Westside Little League, Santa Clara Youth Soccer League, and volunteered at Washington Open Elementary (where my son, Sebastian attended).

When I am not working, coaching, or spending time with my family you can find me cooking, wine tasting, playing basketball, weightlifting, scuba diving, watching football (49ers) and soccer (SJ Earthquakes), and playing some video games.

My parents instilled ethics, humility, compassion, honesty, and respect at a very young age and this is what we are missing on the council.
